Z4 Digital Color is looking for a full-time sign maker/installer to join our team.
We have a fast-paced yet casual environment.
Ideal candidate would have sign experience.
If you are a motivated person with problem solving skills and an eye for detail we offer training in all production areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare substrates for sign production.
This may include weeding and taping vinyl, painting, laminating, and cleaning substrates for vinyl application.
Perform finishing operations such as laminating, and/or mounting printed graphics Work individually or with team to install vinyl graphics or finished signage off site at customers location.
Communicate with other employees and customers professionally.
Help team to keep the production area clean and organized PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50lbs or more Any knowlege of power tools would be a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Compensation is hourly, based on experience Bonus opportunities Accrued PTO Paid Holidays IRA with company match Quarterly production bonuses Job Type:
