A customer service representative will act as a liaison between dispatchers and customers in providing quick, attentive, and friendly service in order to insure deliveries get off to a great start.
The best customer service representatives are those who are enthusiastic when speaking with customers, are genuinely excited to exceed customer expectations, and work well with teammates to accomplish a common goal.
They work with a sense of urgency, while remaining calm under pressure and are able to focus on even the smallest of details.
Taking orders via email and over the phone is a big part of the day, as is being able to handle a disgruntled customer when expectations are not met.
The overall goal is to ensure excellent customer service, while setting clear expectations when dealing with customers.
We are looking for someone who's opportunistic and has the desire to match the growth that we as a company are experiencing.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
