Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls - Write and distribute emails, memos, and correspondence - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Develop and maintain a filing system - Update and maintain office policies and procedures - Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers - Provide general support to visitors - Moderate data entry using basic Microsoft applications and data entry into ERP specifically Computer Ease and Mie Track.
- To assist office manager with AP/AR - Assist purchaser with receiving - Help assist office manager with accounting and filing bank statements - Creating and filing quality documentations such as inspection reports, certs, and MTRs Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular) - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task - High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
