Responsibilities:
Answer phones Check-in visitors and vendors Order and confirm daily lunches Schedule meetings, interviews, etc.
Copy, file, and distribute documents to internal and external sources Track inventory, stock breakrooms Contact and schedule bids & vendors Data Entry Filing Document creation Track and report attendance Provide support to the HR department & Office Management Mail distribution Other duties as assigned Benefits start after 90 day Introductory Period.

Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar) is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
