Responsibilities:
Our Project Coordinator will contact vendors for quotes, organize vendor paperwork, track material purchases and manage the job timeline, build and enter invoices, collect on billed invoices, track subcontractors, and provide administrative support to the Senior Sales Rep.
Candidate Eligibility:
In addition to relevant experience, our ideal candidate would also posses the following:
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports Accuracy and attention to detail Aptitude for numbers Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks Data entry and word processing skills Well organized High school diploma (required) Associate's degree or relevant industry certification is a plus Job Type:
